Role Summary:
The Commercial Manager will lead and implement the company’s international business development and commercial strategy, ensuring continued growth across global territories. The role focuses on expanding Dr Jackson’s brand presence, building and managing commercial partnerships, and optimising performance in existing and emerging markets, with a particular focus on high-growth regions such as Asia.
Key Responsibilities
In-store sales support
Develop and execute international commercial strategies, working closely with company’s directors to drive brand growth and revenue across multiple markets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, distributors, and retail partnerships worldwide.
Lead B2B and B2C commercial operations, ensuring alignment with global and local market trends.
Manage key accounts and relationships with international distributors, retailers, and e- commerce platforms.
Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting to inform commercial decisions.
Negotiate and manage distribution, licensing, and partnership agreements.
Collaborate closely with marketing, digital, and product development teams to ensure cohesive global brand positioning.
Represent Dr Jackson’s at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and brand events.
Monitor performance and provide regular commercial and financial reports to Directors.
Ensure compliance with international trade and market regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in commercial management, international business development, or brand expansion, ideally in the skincare, beauty, or wellness industries.
Proven success in developing and managing international markets, including high-growth regions such as Asia.
Strong understanding of global retail structures, consumer trends, and distribution networks.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Fluency in English required; proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) or another key international language is highly desirable.
